• Task: Build Email Design System to ensure visual and brand alignment with the eCommerce experience.
• Execution:
  • Collaborated with email and eCommerce stakeholders to ensure consistent cross-channel alignment.
  • Built modular email desktop and mobile components and a centralized Figma design system to enable consistent, scalable desktop and mobile email creation for designers and stakeholders.
  • Drove team-wide understanding of design systems, ensuring the system I built was properly adopted and consistently used.
  • Managed and art-directed the email design team to ensure all email executions adhered to the design system.
  • Continued building and evolving the design system by adding new modules as requirements emerged, while updating all older automated emails to align with the new system.
• Results:
  • Achieved a 40% CTR lift in the first week post-launch and a 70% increase within three weeks.
